What is pilling?
Pills are the little balls (bobbles) that appear in areas where your cashmere is subject to friction. For example, underarms and the sides of the body exposed to handbags.
Pilling on cashmere is very common, and all cashmere pills.
It is not a sign of "cheap" cashmere - however, "cheaper" cashmere will pill to a greater extent.
They can be (painstakingly) removed by hand, or you can use a cashmere comb. These can be bought on Amazon here...
Alternatively, if you don't have the time to remove the pilling yourself, we will remove them for you. This is included in our Knitwear Re-Dressing Service.
