Cashmere Knitwear Re-Dressing Service Policy
We accept any brand, as long as it is 100% cashmere knitwear. We cannot accept garments of any other composition.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept garments with sequins, beads, feathers, hand embroidery etc. as these may be adversely affected in the cleaning process (cardigans with buttons are ok!). If unsure, please Contact Us before sending your garment.
If requested, we will replace missing buttons - or replace all buttons if a suitable match cannot be found. There may be an extra charge for this.
Return Shipping
We send all orders via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded (tracked & signed for on delivery). This postage option covers the parcel for loss or damage up to £40.
If you wish to insure your garment(s) for more than this amount, we offer a Royal Mail Special Delivery option - this covers the parcel for loss or damage up to £500.
Return Shipping - Disclaimer
We will not be held responsible for any parcels that are lost or damaged in the post by Royal Mail. It is the customer's responsibility to claim from Royal Mail for any losses or damage. We will supply all relevant information upon request.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with our service - please Contact Us within 14 days. Unfortunately we cannot consider complaints that are made after this time period. As post can be lost, we only accept notification by a phone call, or an e-mail to a member of our customer care team.
Our customer care team will record your problem and work with you to resolve it.
Important Note
When returning goods, please ensure you receive adequate insurance to cover the value of the goods that you are returning, and that the courier asks for a signature on delivery. This will allow you to track the returned goods, and claim compensation should your chosen courier lose them.
